How To Order
Contact us by phone or email to discuss your requirements. We would like to hear from you and will be happy to play any instrument for you over the phone or skype. We prefer to "meet" you either via email exchange or via voice converation. That way we can better address your requirements.
Payment Methods
After you contact us, we will send you a PayPal invoice. PayPal is our prefered method of payment because it protects both parties. However, we also accept money orders or Western Union. Special orders require a deposit, typically 50% is sufficient. If you have a payment method that you wish to use, let us know.
Shipping
The cost of shipping will be added to your order. We will let you know the cost beforehand so that there are no surprises. Shipping charges are not refundable. The instrument must be paid in full (incl. shipping) before shipment.
Sales Tax For Canadian Residents
We will charge PST for Ontario residents and GST for Canadian residents.
International Orders: Taxes, Duty, Tarrif?
Orders outside of Canada may be subject to tarrifs and local sales taxes as they are defined in the country of the buyers residence. We do not know these details. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and tarrifs. If you are not a Canadian resident, we will not charge any taxes or tarrifs (only shipping charges). International buyers may choose to have their sitar shipped directly from India.
Returns
If you are not happy with your instrument, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Canadian and American residents may return the instrument within 72 hours of acceptence of delivery. All returns must be packaged in the same way that they were shipped. Otherwise, the refund may not be granted if the instrument was damaged in shipping.
International Returns
We are not able to offer a refund or return on international orders, with the exception of the USA. It is just too difficult and expensive.
